Business Information
Blue Empress Astrology LLC is a limited liability company registered in the State of Utah. These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between Blue Empress Astrology LLC and clients who purchase astrology reading services.
Services
Blue Empress LLC provides virtual astrology readings intended for personal insight, self-discovery, spiritual exploration, and personal growth.
Readings are available for adults and individuals under the age of 18 with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Booking & Payment
Payment is required before services are scheduled or provided unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Accepted payment methods include: Zelle or Venmo. Wise secure links are available upon request for international clients.
Clients are responsible for ensuring payment is successfully completed and submitted to the correct payment account provided by Blue Empress Astrology LLC.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
All sales are final. Blue Empress Astrology LLC does not offer refunds for purchased services.
Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments or failure to attend a scheduled session, may result in forfeiture of the appointment.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate birth information, including birth date, birth time, and birth location. If clients do not know their birth time it must be disclosed prior to booking a service. Blue Empress astrology LLC is not responsible for inaccuracies caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.
Clients agree to communicate respectfully throughout all interactions. Blue Empress LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if a client engages in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior.
Minor Readings
For clients under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must authorize and consent to the reading before services are provided.
By booking a reading for a minor, the parent or legal guardian confirms that they have the authority to provide consent for the service.
Intellectual Property
All written reports, natal chart interpretations, graphics, website content, branding, logos, and materials created by Blue Empress Astrology LLC remain the intellectual property of Blue Empress Astrology LLC.
Materials provided by Blue Empress Astrology LLC are intended for personal use only and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, resold, or used commercially without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Utah law, Blue Empress Astrology LLC shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims resulting from the use of this website or astrology services.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
