Amber Winn is the founder and astrologer behind Blue Empress Astrology. Originally from St. George, Utah, and now based in Draper, Utah, she has devoted herself to the study of astrology since 2019. Through extensive education at Astrology University and Debra Silverman's Astrology School, she has developed a deep understanding of placidus astrology, blending technical knowledge with an intuitive approach to help clients gain meaningful insight into themselves and their life journey.
